These terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website and by accessing the website and or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to the below terms and conditions you may not want to continue purchasing on this website.

Definitions
The use of the word YOU mean the user of the website.
COOKIES mean small text files that the website places on your computer’s hard drive to store information about your shopping session and identify your computer.
Personal information taken will only be used for identification and shopping methods / delivery on the website and will not be stored anywhere else and will follow the guidelines of the data protection act.

When setting up your own account with MI AMOUR shop it is your own responsibility to remember the details and password. You agree to accept all responsibilities of any activity under your account and password. Please keep your personal details updated to avoid wrong shipping addresses etc. I reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts and cancel any orders if I see need to. Any cancelled order would not be charged for.

This licence does not include any re sale of any products or commercial use of the website or its contents. This website or any portion of the website cannot be reproduced, duplicated, copied, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial use without written consent. No framing or other techniques can be used on the logo, trademark or any other information. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by myself.

Your conduct
You must not use the website for anything fraudulent, unlawful or criminal activity.
You must not use the website to send any illegal, offensive, abusive, copyright, privacy, software viruses, chain mailing, political campaigning or spam.

Contract
Your order is to buy from my company. There will be no contract of any kind between you and myself and until I dispatch goods to you. At any point up until then I have the right to decline the supply of goods without a given reason. At the moment goods are dispatched a contract will be made between you and myself, and you will be charged for the goods.

Non acceptance of an order may result in one of the following
• The product being out of stock
• Payment failure
• Identification or pricing error

Availability
If for any reason beyond my control I am unable to supply a particular item I will not be liable to you except to ensure that you will not be charged for that item.

Pricing
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly displayed on the website. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address.

Cancellation
You can cancel or change any of your current orders prior to dispatch by sending an email to info@miamour.co.uk. You have 14 days from placing your order to cancel.

 

Returns
Please review my returns policy which applies to products purchased from myself. In addition to our returns guarantee, consumers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling off period of seven business days. Children
I do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
